Balanced Care Teams: a systems approach to nursing workforce design. Built a framework for team composition (heterogeneity, stability, structured collaboration) and a measure of collaboration from scheduling data.

Balanced Nursing Teams (BNuT) project — integrating hospital data with a 360-degree survey into interactive dashboards. Designed the survey, co-developed the data architecture, and led procurement with an external software firm.
