I research nursing workforce and team composition — how teams are put together, how they collaborate, and how that shows up in patient and staff outcomes — mostly from hospital rostering, administrative and survey data. My current work turns to infectious-disease modelling and health economics.
Before research I worked as a nurse in emergency and intensive care.
